Most boat operator companies do not include pickup and you will have to make your own way to the marina where the boat is located or to the boat operator company office in the city center.
Some companies offer some longer boat trip products that may include hotel pickup.
When you book, our staff will then send you all the required info (boat/office locations, map links, photos, etc) for you to make your way to your selected boat trip.
Yes. The portuguese legislation requires insurance for all activity providers so while doing any activity with us you are covered.
For the boat trips we do not have any special clothing requirements but recommend that customers be sensibly prepared for multiple conditions.
You may experience multiple different weather patterns throughout the day and the weather at sea may be a bit more windy or cold.
On some boat trips, there will be a stop for swimming so make sure to bring your swimsuit.
Each boat company has their own boats with different capacities.
As we're talking about animals in the wild, most companies cannot guarantee 100% that you will see any sealife.
That being said, dolphins are sighted on nearly all tours. Whales, turtles and other sealife can be a bit rarer.
Some boat companies have a sealife sighting guarantee where if you don't see any sealife on your trip, you can go again on another day either for free or for a greatly reduced price.
Most boat companies don't have any strict restrictions regarding children or babies on their trips.
Baby strollers are not allowed.
Please note that you will be fully responsible for the safety of your children and are expected to keep an eye on them and prevent them from disturbing the group.

Unfortunately, most boat operators cannot accept animals unless they're service animals.
You can cancel your boat trip without any charges up to 24h before the tour departs.
Last minute cancellations unfortunately cannot be refunded since we do not have the time/opportunity to resell the seats.
No-shows will be charged in full since we do not have the time/opportunity to resell the seats.
Each company that operates boat trips will have their own minimum.
While we and our partners always strive to run all scheduled tours, occasionally (although rarely) there may be a day where we may have to cancel if we do not reach the minimum.
On these cases where we cancel, we'll either offer to re-schedule or refund your payment in full.
Yes, boat trips may be cancelled if either the weather or sea conditions don't permit it.
